Please tell us about your accident.
I was driving on a two-lane intersection going one way, and the other direction going the other way, and in the middle was a median. The other driver did a mild stop at the stop sign, crossed straight through the median, and, as I was driving one direction, he sideswiped me through the end. I had intense back pain and I couldn’t understand what was going on. I had really bad chest pain, my high blood pressure was spiking up, I couldn’t control it. It was just a lot going on.
Why did you choose Brooks Law Group?
My mom got in a car accident a couple years back. She comes from a different country. When she came here, she sought out help, and it was from Brooks Law Group. So, they helped her out tremendously. They helped her out a lot and they were patient with her. She doesn’t know a lot of English, so the fact that you guys could help her meant a lot to me, and I felt like I could trust you guys. Because if you help my mom out in a situation where she needed a lot of help, I could definitely come to you.
How was your experience at Brooks Law Group?
The communication between everybody that I met here and who got in contact with me was amazing. The fact that we all have a 9 to-5 job and I couldn’t always be on the phone, the fact that I could send a quick text, and she was responding back, I love that a lot. Cause that’s usually how we sent most of our you know communication, or if I had to jump on an email, I can get on an email rather than being on the phone. So that was my biggest thing, is I can communicate via text, via email. that really helped me.
