Please tell us about your accident.
I was just at a stop sign and then there was a driver in the parking spot, and he just literally just backed up into me. I didn’t go to the hospital that day. But I did go to the chiropractor, and they did some MRIs and stuff like that, and I had like a few bones out of place in my spine, but other than that, yeah, that was pretty much what happened.
Why did you choose Brooks Law Group?
I’ve heard about Brooks because I think I was just online one day and I had seen a random ad about you guys. So, I was like, “Okay, I’ll keep them in mind in case I ever get into an accident or anything.” And then, what are the odds I get into an accident? So, Brooks was automatically the first thing in mind. So, I was like, “Okay, Brooks.”
How was your experience with Brooks Law Group?
My experience was pretty great, honestly, truthfully. My case manager, Miss Jasmine, was very communicative. She was literally keeping me updated 25/8. I never had to reach out for any like concerns or anything because she was literally on top of it. Everything was pretty speedy like my process. You ensured that at the end of the day, not only was I satisfied, but that everybody was satisfied. So, I would say my whole process was pretty great.
