On Tuesday, a federal jury delivered a verdict ruling that Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide was a substantial factor in the cancer of a California man.
This is following a historic verdict last year where a state jury found Roundup to be the cause of a former school groundskeeper’s terminal cancer.
