Please tell us about your accident.
I was driving down 27 and a guy came across four lanes of traffic and luckily he didn’t hit me head on, but it totaled my car and almost me. I woke up the next day and I was like, I can’t move very well. [Music]
Why did you choose Brooks Law Group?
My mom actually recommended you guys. She had heard from you from another family friend and so she actually called you guys for me because initially after the accident I was just so out of it that I couldn’t even hold a conversation at first. Took a day or two for me to get my wits about me. We called y’all and y’all helped me get the process started.
How was your experience with Brooks Law Group?
Every step of the way there was so much communication. Even text message is so important to me because I work so much. So, it’s hard to be able to pick up the phone. But if I pick up the phone and call, you guys answer. If I text message, I get an answer email. It just was really nice to have that communication because I was nervous. I was like, “I’ve never had this happen before. What is going to happen?” But you guys really got me through it.
Would you recommend Brooks Law Group?
Oh, absolutely. If anybody’s going through any kind of injury, you guys really were my saving grace on a lot of things, because I didn’t know what to do or how to handle a lot of it. And you guys made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect next. You guys negotiated so good for me and made sure I was taken care of. Even when I had questions at random times of the day or night, I got an answer within a reasonable time frame. So really, I have no complaints.
