Please tell us about your accident.
Daniel: So, on January 23rd of this past year, it was a cold day, rainy, about 38 degrees. She [Annette] wanted me to get a cup of coffee. So, I went and got a cup of coffee, two cups, and it was raining so hard, I was parked in the handicap spot at Wawa. And I went and put one cup down because I was going to go to the car, one cup at a time. And when I went out, I slipped really hard. I was a couple feet from the door. I slipped really hard and fell and I hurt my leg. I knew I was hurt bad. I couldn’t move it. My leg was behind my head and I thought that for sure something was wrong and I didn’t know what. And then they had to call 911 because I couldn’t get up. They tried to help me up, but I just laid there in the rain for like 30 minutes. Ice cold rain. I was cold. I slipped so hard my shoe fell off. It was really bad, and I had to wait 35 minutes in the cold rain for the ambulance to come.
