Well, what happened was I noticed at home that my daughter had run out of pull-ups, and me and my kids loaded up in the truck, and we ran up to Walmart. It had already rained so the roads were kind of wet, and I was wearing my house slides, and we proceeded to walk cautiously inside that way we wouldn’t slip outside. As soon as we got through the left side of the double doors, I stood there. I told my 9-year-old to go get a buggy so I can put their sister in it. And no sooner had I turned to walk towards the buggy, my right leg had literally slipped. Like it did not get no grip guard onto the floor. There was no rugs and there was also water on the floor. There was no wet floor sign, and it’s like excruciating pain. It’s hard to describe how bad it was. It felt like somebody had literally stabbed me in the back and was literally twisting it and pulling and I mean it was just so much pain.

And being able to speak with Miss Jasmine over the phone was definitely very pleasant, respectful, down to a tee with every question, and also any question I had, she answered with a good response, was very blunt and honest about it.
