meals on wheels award

Earlier in the year, Brooks Law Group as a team adopted a Meals on Wheels route. This has consisted of our staff and attorneys each week volunteering their time to deliver meals to people in need.

Last night, we were invited to the Meals on Wheels Volunteer Appreciation dinner where our attorney, Beach Brooks III, accepted an award for adopting a route. We are truly pleased, honored and humbled to accept this award.

As a firm, we want to give a very special thank you to the Winter Haven Meals on Wheels for allowing us, as a whole, to be a part of such a philanthropic organization. It is truly a humbling experience to deliver meals to these people in need and to see the look of gratitude on their face when they answer the door is rewarding enough.

We would also like to give an enormous salute to all of the Meals on Wheels Volunteers, each of whom takes time of their days to make a difference in our community.
