Brooks Law Makes Her Feel Like She Matters
Please tell us about your accident.
Well, in reference to the accident, I was at Winter Haven High School, parked, getting ready to pick up my grandson from school. And while I’m sitting there, this vehicle came into the drive lane in front of the school, where all the parents are waiting and just barrel right on into me, hit my truck, and kept going. I ended up with some problems in my neck and in my left arm, because they hit on the driver’s side of my vehicle.
Why did you choose Brooks Law Group?
I have seen the Brooks Law Group advertisements, and of course when I’m passing by when you all are giving out, for needy people, turkeys and all of that. So I’ve seen Brooks, and I know at one point he had these really neat ink pens that were made like baseball bats. I, actually, was able to get some of those donated for a group that we were giving things out to. So, I got to know just from the advertisement and being around in the city of Winter Haven.
How was your experience with Brooks Law Group?
It has been really awesome. Jasmine was my case manager and she, in my opinion, is second-to-none. I mean, from the first time that I spoke with her it was always a caring attitude. She was very knowledgeable of the whole process. Never made me feel like I was infringing upon her time if I did call or if I said anything to her. She was just excellent. And to me, her representing the company as the first person that I would speak with, she did an awesome job in representing Attorney Brooks’s law group.
Would you recommend Brooks Law Group?
Yes, I would, wholeheartedly. I would not even think twice about whether or not I would say go to Brooks. I especially love just walking into an environment where I feel that I really do matter and I’m not a number, and that was very important to me. I just felt like I’m going to a family function. It really felt very good.
