Please tell us about your accident.
I was picking up my children at school, and I was just in the line, and I felt a hit on the back. It was my first time in in a car crash, so I was lost and confused.

You explained everything in Spanish because I’m from Puerto Rico and even when you speak the language, the core things are complicated to understand. I think the terms are complicated. So, you explained everything in Spanish. You were with me in all the process, and I felt very comfortable, very supported and I understood everything in each part of the process.
