Please tell us about your accident.
I was in an automobile accident in Winter Haven. I was stopped at a yellow light and a gentleman ran me in the back. Gentleman came up to the car and says “Are you alright?” And I said, “I don’t know,” because at that time I think I was in shock and really didn’t know you know what injuries I may or may not have. I found out later that that I had a dislocated disc and some problems with my thigh. So then I decided I need an attorney. My daughter recommended that I come to Brooks Law firm, which I did, and I’m glad I did.

My experience was excellent. I did not realize how easy that that this would be, this process. Because I was really not physically involved in the process, which was a good thing. I met with the attorney, he explained everything to me, he was very nice. The staff here are excellent

Lan Chi, she’s excellent. I mean, she’s talked to me several times over the phone, and I feel comfortable with her, and she’s very knowledgeable, and answers all my questions. I’m just very pleased overall that that everybody was so nice and so informative.
