Please tell us about your accident.
It was December 5th, 2024. I was coming off of Route 60 West and this person drove out of a Pilot gas station full throttle and hit me right after I turned. Fortunately for me, he didn’t hit the driver’s side panel, but he hit the wheelbase, crushed the wheelbase, bent the frame, and released the airbag and knocked me into somebody’s yard. And I lost my consciousness just for a very brief time. I had bruises all over me. The skin on my right hand was burned off from the heat of the airbag. And unfortunately, my car was totaled.
Why did you choose Brooks Law Group?
Well, I had to make a decision because I knew I had to see an attorney. And I looked for the ones that were sort of nearby because we live in Lake Wales. And Brooks Law was the only one that got five stars basically all the time. And the reviews were very good. So, I said “Well, since we don’t know anybody here,” I said, “okay let me try this.” And I must say that I made the right decision.
How was your experience at Brooks Law Group?
My experience here was very good. I never know what to expect when I see lawyers and groups and from Jasmine, who took over the account, she’s a wonderful person, extremely helpful and a very good negotiator. Also Mr. Perlini, the attorney, was very forthright and very concise in his statements and again very helpful. So, I appreciate both of them and I would give them both five stars and yeah, Brooks Law did a really great job.
