TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dates of Contest:
May 8th, 2018 – May 22nd, 2018
Restrictions:
Must be 18 years old of age and a resident of the state of Florida to be eligible to win. Brooks Law Group employees and their family are not eligible to win. One does not have to be a client of Brooks Law Group to enter the contest – it is opened to all residents of Florida 18 years of age and older.
Entry Methods:
The Brooks Law Group Give-A-Way will only be available for entry via website on https://brookslawgroup.com/firm-news/capturing-memories-in-may-gopro-give-a-way/ . No entries will be accepted by way of phone call, mail, fax, Facebook comments, or direct e-mails.
Entry Notification:
By entering the Brooks Law Group Give-A-Way, you give Brooks Law Group permission to send marketing e-mails to the e-mail address provided during sign up for the Give-A-Way.
Winner Selection:
On May 23, 2018 a winner will be selected by placing and numbering all entries on an Excel Spreadsheet. A random number will be selected through random.org. The entry associated with the number selected will be the winner.
Contacting Winner:
After a winner is selected (see: Winner Selection) the winner will be contacted by e-mail and phone on May 23rd, to confirm identity and eligibility and to make arrangements for the items to be delivered by mail or to be picked up at a Brooks Law Group office.
If, after five (5) days, we cannot get in touch with the initial give-a-way winning entry, the process of selecting a winner will be used again on May 29th, 2018. This process will be used until a winner is contacted and confirmed. If the winner fails to meet the requirements, the process of selecting a winner will be used again once it is determined that the winner is ineligible.
Prize Information:
The Brooks Law Group Give-A-Way will include the following items:
- 1 GoPro Hero (2018) Video Camera
- 1 64 GB Memory Card
Prizes cannot be substituted for cash or traded for any other items.
Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment:
Once a winner is selected and confirmed, the winner can choose to have the item shipped to them or to pick up the items from a Brooks Law Group office. All shipping cost will be covered by Brooks Law Group.
