Florida personal injury wrongful death social security disability attorney Steve Brooks talks about how easy it is to afford an attorney for a social security disability case.

In the state of Florida, personal injury lawyers are paid on contingency fees. This means the lawyer doesn't get paid, until they recover money for you. If they recover nothing, you pay nothing. . If we're successful in winning your disability case, you will pay 25% of the past due benefits as our fee. Along with these fees, in a disability case, there's a cap to how much an attorney can actually take of your past due benefits. This cap is $6,000. This means even if 25% of your past due benefits equal $8,000 -- we would still only take $6,000. Watch the video to learn more.
