Steve Brooks joins us this week from the southernmost point of the US in the Florida Keys. It's finally time to reveal our two talented winners in this Fall's student scholarship program.
We asked students across the state of Florida to write on the topic of texting while driving and how they'd fix the problem if they were in charge. We reserved a whole lot of wonderful submissions this semester, but as always, only two could take home the prizes.
