Florida personal injury attorney Steve Brooks begins a two-part video series on the 8 things you should know if you're involved in an accident case.

The first thing you should do when involved in a Florida accident case is call the police. You also want to call an ambulance if you're injured at all. Even minor injuries can turn worse or your adrenaline is rushing and you don't know how injured you really are. You can use your phone to take photos of the accident and any vehicle damage you sustain. Lastly, you should never talk to anyone about the accident. This includes witnesses and the other driver. Any statement you make could be used against you in your case. Watch the video to learn more.
