> Every step of the way there was so much communication. Even text message is so important to me because I work so much. So, it’s hard to be able to pick up the phone. But if I pick up the phone and call, you guys answer. If I text message, I get an answer email. It just was really nice to have that communication because I was nervous. I was like, “I’ve never had this happen before. What is going to happen?” But you guys really got me through it.

> Oh, absolutely. If anybody’s going through any kind of injury, you guys really were my saving grace on a lot of things, because I didn’t know what to do or how to handle a lot of it. Even when I had questions at random times of the day or night, I got an answer within a reasonable time frame. So really, I have no complaints.
