Studies have shown a 30% increase in the risk of ovarian cancer for women who have used talc powder for extended periods of time.

In July of 2018, a $4.7 billion verdict against Johnson & Johnson was awarded to 22 women who linked their ovarian cancer diagnoses with their use of talc powder. The facts don’t look good for major talc producers like Johnson & Johnson.
